Why do I need a Google listing?

So may clients of mine don’t understand why they need to have one or what they should add to it. It is a listing on Google that shows, your name, address, website, location, contact information and more! This is a critical step in any local SEO strategy as it makes it easier for customers to find information about your business and allows them to review your business.
