About The Role:

As Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, overseeing day-to-day social media management, strategy execution, project coordination, and client success. This role combines social media management, content creation, account growth, and project management to ensure client satisfaction, timely delivery, and measurable results.

You will also work directly alongside the business owner, supporting company-wide growth initiatives and implementing internal marketing strategies as part of our 2026 agency expansion plan.

As an account manager, you will be responsible for:

Client Account Management & Communication:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts

• Maintain consistent daily and weekly communication, ensuring client needs are met and expectations are exceeded

• Attend and contribute to client meetings and strategy calls

• Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention

• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance account growth and engagement

Content Creation & Social Media Management:

• Create and edit social media reels aligned with trends, brand tone, and strategy

• Plan, schedule, and manage monthly and weekly content calendars

• Write and structure captions for client posts and reels

• Schedule content across platforms with accuracy and organisation

• Perform daily engagement and community management on client accounts and internal Glow Up Marketing social channels

Project & Deadline Coordination:

• Collaborate with:

  • Graphic Designers

  • Paid Ad Specialists

  • Web Developers

  • External content creators and freelancers

• Manage project timelines and ensure all client deliverables are delivered on time

• Track progress, deadlines, and workflow execution across multiple clients simultaneously

• Problem-solve project bottlenecks and keep stakeholders accountable

Growth Strategy Implementation:

• Implement social media strategies for client account growth and performance improvements

• Support roll-out of internal agency marketing and lead-generation plans for 2026 & 2026 initiatives

• Assist with the development and execution of Glow Up Marketing's growth frameworks for 2026

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

• Prepare and deliver fortnightly and monthly client reporting

• Monitor KPIs and ensure clients are hitting growth targets

• Provide performance insights and strategic recommendations for improvement

• Report directly to the owner on:

  • Client account performance

  • Project delivery status

  • Client satisfaction levels

  • Internal agency growth metrics and progress

Skills & Competencies:

• Social media content creation (reels, captions, scheduling, engagement)

• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to implement strategies effectively and independently

• Project coordination across interdisciplinary teams

• Experience tracking metrics, KPIs, and reporting on performance

• Excellent organisation, time management, and fast problem-solving

• Previous social media/digital agency experience

• Knowledge of aesthetics, beauty, or the dental marketing niche

• Familiar with tools such as: Asana, Canva, CapCut, ManyChat, Meta Business Suite
