Do all of your clients know exactly ALL the treatments that your salon does? Probably not! Especially if you offer a broad range of servicesโฆ.
Add on treatments are great for bumping up your revenue. The next time a client calls for an eyebrow shape, ask them would they like to add a brow tint or a lash tint as well.
That will increase your average clients spend from a โฌ10 browshape to a โฌ35 eye package.
If you did this with 4 clients in the week it will add another โฌ100 a week, โฌ400 a month & โฌ4,800 a year into your business

We all have clients that we only see once a month or once every 2-3 months, but if you tell those clients who againโฆ like you, know you and TRUST you that you also offer X treatment. Ask them if they have ever tried it? Encourage them with a limited time offer or a discount to encourage them to try it!
Once they have then tried the treatment, you have told them all the benefits, done an amazing job and they are so happy, ask them when would they like to book again at the check out or in the treatment room!
By adding simple techniques like these you can make a shellac nails only client to a facial client, laser client ect! And increase the frequency they will visit your salon!
I have used all 3 of these techniques myself when I was a therapist and they work! The key is to inform your clients of all the treatments you offer, the benefits they provide, the problems they will solve for them and then wow them with your skills!
